Tests post surgery and pre radiotherapy / chemotherapy
After any surgery, when it is safe to do so, an
MRI scan is done for your Neurosurgeon to measure how much of the tumour has been removed and to see where any remaining tumour is located. This helps highlight the area of the brain for any targeted
Radiotherapy. You may also have other tests depending on your particular tumour type, location and symptoms.
